How many guests does a micro wedding usually have?
A micro wedding is an event that has between 2 and 50 attendees. It is also called small wedding. There are plenty of areas in Italy that could be perfect for a small wedding but not ideal for a bigger event. For this reason, micro weddings and small wedding in Italy have become a trend in the past 2/3 years.
What are the pros of a small wedding in Italy?
Based on my experience, I can assert there are only pros. The first one is that having a micro wedding allows you to get married in areas that won’t be ideal for bigger groups.
The second important pro is the budget. Planning a micro wedding means up to -50% costs compared to planning a wedding with more than 100 guests.
Furthermore, the presence of fewer guests implies a reduction in the level of stress experienced by the bride and groom prior to the wedding day.
How soon should we get started in planning our small wedding in Italy?
If you are planning on getting married in high season (April to October) my suggestion is to reach out to me at least one year in advance.
